Widespread strong to severe storms are expected over much of Texas and southern Oklahoma tonight, with damaging winds and large hail. An Enhanced Risk (level 3 of 5) has been issued. Scattered strong storms are likely across the northern and central High Plains Wednesday afternoon and evening. Large hail and strong winds are the primary threats. A damage survey conducted on Friday found 4 EF-0 QLCS tornadoes occurred (3 within the southern Twin Cities metro). Received reports of numerous areas with straight-line wind damage.
