...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Savannah River near Clyo.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.3 feet, one foot of water covers Tom Goethe Road
  just after the pavement ends.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1015 AM EDT Saturday, the stage was 11.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5
    feet Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN AUTAUGA...
SOUTHWESTERN ELMORE...SOUTHEASTERN CHILTON AND NORTHWESTERN
MONTGOMERY COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 727 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Deatsville, or 9 miles northwest of Millbrook, moving southeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Northwestern Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Elmore,
Coosada, Deatsville, Booth, Montgomery Zoo, Vida Junction, Boylston,
Bob Woodruff Lake, Autauga County Airport, Maxwell Air Force Base,
Verbena, Hunter, Marbury, Alabama State University, Jordan Lake, and
Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium.

.DAY ONE...Tonight...

A line of showers and thunderstorms will move east-southeast across
north and portions of central Georgia through the evening hours. A
few storms may briefly approach severe levels with gusty winds, small
hail, frequent lightning, and heavy rainfall.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday...

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Sunday afternoon before pushing
out after sunset. After a period of dry weather, thunderstorms will
be possible Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight. Please submit
storm reports via our website at weather.gov/atlanta.

Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms can be expected
through this evening. A few of these storms may become strong to
severe with damaging winds up to 60 mph and hail from 0.5 to 1".
We will also be monitoring the potential for isolated flooding
across any areas that receive repeated rounds of showers and
storms.

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.
